Most of us are aware of how sound can effect us in both positive and negative ways. Some sounds sooth and relax us, some make us feel joyful, while others can quite literally give you a headache. We are energetic beings and around us everywhere are vibrations of sound, light and colour that can have a profound effect on us. Sound Healing utilises sound vibrations to balance and harmonise the body. Sound healers use a variety of tools including crystal bowls, bells, tuning forks and the human voice to help clear energy blocks and restore balance |
